My favorite outdoor shoes! (2010-03-24)
I just ordered my second pair of these shoes...the first ones lasted 3 years with LOTS of wear. They are great outdoor shoes with excellent arch support and padded comfort. I ordered both pairs in the next larger size (since half sizes are not available). With the second pair, this left a bit more room in the shoe than I prefer, but the smaller size would not have worked. Since I wear these as outdoor hiking/ walking shoes, thick socks solve the problem of extra "roominess". The fact that these are water resistant makes them great for hiking or walking in damp grass. As an avid outdoors enthusiast, I wouldn't be without these shoes.
Best outdoor shoes ever! (2010-02-05)
This is my second pair of these shoes. My first pair lasted over 3 years with almost daily wear. When the zipper broke on one shoe, I knew I had to get a replacement pair right away! I purchased a half size larger than my usual size (since these only come in whole sizes) for both pairs. This second pair seems a little looser, but going down a size would not have worked. I have the perfect amount of room for toes in the larger size and wear with thick socks. These shoes are perfect for any type of outdoor activity, your feet will stay dry, the arch support is perfect and you feel like you're walking on air. Get these shoes if you need a good, outdoor, weatherproof shoe.
Comfort maiden (2009-04-11)
I bought a pair of these about a year ago. I figured they would be comfortable because they are Clarks. I have had a history of trouble with one of my feet and have high arches also, so I have to be careful with the shoes I buy. I must say that these are probably the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I wear them everyday. I also bought a couple more pairs just in case they canceled this style. I have gotten more compliments on these shoes than on some girlie type shoes. I live in the country and wear them all seasons. If there were one thing I could complain about it would be that after months of wear the zipper barely slips a little but nothing big.
Great arch support, still look good after about a year of wear.

These shoes are just a dream, they fit well with socks and are very comfortable and attractive.
In the snow they will be a safety itemwhich is a plus. All my shoes are Clark's what more can I say?
Great winter shoe (2007-07-12)
I'm new to snow, (moved from Florida) and these shoes were great. My feet stayed warm, dry and didn't fall on my "you know what"! (grin) I was tired of ruining my other clark shoes in the snow and rain. I bought the burgundy pair, now buying the black pair. Doesn't always go with my outfit, so I wear them into work, then change shoes once inside. They are easy to slip in and out of with front zipper.
