I found this shoe to be true to size. Very comfy, casual and cute. This shoe shouldn't be worn for real athletic endeavors, but is great for running around on the weekends.

Privo Patina Sneaker (2009-11-11)
The shoe is light weight and has plenty of room for "bunions" and "hammer toes". I don't feel it has enough padding in the sole. I have inserted a gel sole and it is better, but not perfect. I like the fact that they are light weight and not confinding.
